The history of MK Betten is a tale of over twenty years of continuous development, passion, and commitment to creating exceptional home textiles. We are a proud Polish company located in the Łódź Voivodeship, which has transformed from a small artisan workshop into a dynamic manufacturer serving both the domestic and international markets.
We began our journey in 2001, specializing in the production of traditional duvets and pillows using natural fillings such as feathers and down. Over time, we listened to the needs of our customers and followed changing trends, and have constantly expanded our offerings. Today, we are proud to offer a wide range of products, from anti-allergy duvets and pillows, to mattresses for garden furniture, and even stylish armchairs and pouffes.

What are the characteristics of kapok fibers?
- Hollow: Kapok fibers are formed into tiny tubes with a hollow center, which are light and fluffy, making them up to 8 times lighter than cotton. This hollow structure is responsible for excellent thermoregulation properties – retaining heat in winter and releasing it in summer.
- Waxy coating: Each kapok fiber is coated with a delicate, waxy coating. This makes them hydrophobic, meaning they do not absorb moisture or odors. This key feature makes them resistant to dust mites, mold, and bacteria, making them an ideal material for allergy sufferers.
- Resilient and durable: Despite their lightness, kapok fibers are resilient and do not clump together. They maintain their shape for a long time, allowing products made from them, such as pillows, to provide stable support.

A 100% natural, fully biodegradable material, gentle on the body and the environment. It is breathable, hydrophobic, supports body thermoregulation, and contains natural oils in its fibers that inhibit the growth of bacteria and dust mites.
